I'm NA running a Chipped 8 Bit ECU.. I also Deleted the Air Regulator, however I have no Problems maintaining Cold Idle Up..
Perhaps it's a Cam Timing Thing?.. I've only done it to one of my NAs, its my DD.. and the Other two have not been on the road in Years..
